PROMPT DELIVERY
Being a small business, we pride ourselves on being able to provide a rapid personal service. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce collections for most orders delivering within the UK mainland. We offer two methods of delivery; Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery. Standard postage is via total order weight. To give you an idea: up to 500g is £2.85 but you’ll never pay more than £6.95 no matter how many items you order. We think this is the fairest way. For further delivery information
Being a first time vegetable gardener is great fun and incredibly satisfying. If you’re new to growing your own, start by growing herbs and simple salad leaves which will keep your meals fresh and tasty. Make use of quirky containers and re-use and recycle where you can. Our window planters and herb pots beautifully on ledges and will instantly brighten quiet corners with fresh edible goodies.

Terms And Conditions
Delivery Policy: Being a small business, we pride ourselves on being able to provide a rapid personal service. Once your payment has been cleared by Sage Pay we will give you and your order our prompt attention. Most products listed on our website are in stock allowing us to provide you with a prompt and efficient service.
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce collections for most orders (except Kitchen Trolleys). We aim to despatch all orders promptly. You should receive your order within 5-7 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us immediately.
Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of Kitchen Trolleys since they are despatched by an independent courier direct from the warehouse. When you place your order, we will e-mail you with an expected date of delivery.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Delivery to a different address other than the card holder address is at our discretion. Please contact us if you require delivery to a different address.
UK Delivery: Presently, we only deliver within the UK mainland excluding highlands. We offer two methods of delivery; Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery before noon. We think the only fair way to charge postage is via weight (which is how we get charged). If our postage seems expensive or if you do feel that you have over-paid, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll look into your case. For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

Standard Delivery: Monday to Friday only. Goods sent by our standard service are normally despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. We will notify you when goods are despatched. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery: Same day despatch operating on Monday to Friday only. This service costs £8.95 per delivery address. Orders placed before 3pm can be delivered the next working day (but not on a Saturday or Sunday). Please ask if you would like this service.
Supplementary Delivery Charges for Heavy Items: The following items attract a different delivery charge instead of the standard delivery charge. Please see notes below:

If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to my account and click on 'see my past orders'.
On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage. In the event that you should you find any damage please contact us immediately. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within 7 working days time, you agree to indemnify Freshlyforked.com in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within this time. Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
Return: If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act gives you the right to return unwanted goods within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (postage charges are not refundable). The product(s) you wish to return must be in a saleable condition and returned with the original packaging. Until the goods are confirmed as received, you are responsible for the condition of the product(s). For your own protection, you are advised to return the product(s) by an insured, signed-for service (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery). This not only provides proof of posting but will provide cover in case the package goes astray. (In this situation, it is your responsibility to make any claim against the courier). Any refund will be made to the original payment card, normally within 1-2 working days of safe receipt of the goods. Items returned to Freshlyforked.com are at your own expense.
Refund/Replacement: If the reason for return is ‘damaged’ or ‘faulty upon receipt’, then we ask that you please state this clearly in the documentation supplied with your order. Please state ‘refund’ or ‘replacement ‘so that we can process your order swiftly. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please remember to enclose your delivery note or invoice to help us process your return. Return address:

Any refund will be made to the original payment card, normally within 1-2 working days of safe receipt of the goods. Items must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. If we have made a mistake then we’ll also refund the delivery charge.
Cancellation: The Distance Selling Regulations state that you are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish to providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods then you must give written notice to FreshlyForked.com by post or preferably email to sales@freshlyforked.com as quickly as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, then you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. As above, you must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please follow our returns information and state 'cancellation of order' clearly on the returning paperwork.
